Forever Families Adoption Fair
February 20, 2010, 10am-1pm
North Charleston, SC

Felix C. Davis Community Center,  4800 Park Circle, N. Charleston, SC.

How much will it cost?  Can I adopt?  What are the requirements? All these questions and more will be answered by a host of adoption professionals and adoptive families at the Forever Families Adoption Fair

In 2008, Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division (YLD) established a project entitled, Families Forever, which focuses on adoption awareness. It was recognized by the American Bar Association as the "Most Outstanding Service Project" in the country offered by young lawyers.

Since it’s inception in 2003, ACES has assisted 100’s of South Carolina families as they began their adoption journey.

In order to better serve South Carolina families, the South Carolina Adoption Coalition for Education and Support (ACES) and the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division (YLD) will be co-hosting adoption fairs in 2010 throughout the state.

By partnering with domestic, international, and public (Department of Social Services), adoption-related organizations we increase adoption awareness and help build strong adoptive families.

Representatives from more than a dozen adoption organizations will be in attendance. This event is free to the public.
